Tamires Frasson

Foreign Associate

Tamires Frasson is a Foreign Associate at RC Law. Her practice focuses on international tax, estate planning, and private wealth services for international clients, with particular emphasis on Brazilian individuals and families seeking cross-border solutions.

Ms. Frasson leads the firm’s initiatives for the Brazilian market, connecting Brazilian and U.S. legal systems to provide international services. She advises high-net-worth international clients on wealth transfer strategies, international tax planning, property management, pre-immigration planning, and FIRPTA compliance for foreign investments in U.S. real estate.

Ms. Frasson has expertise in regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including FATCA/CRS requirements and international banking regulations. She also guides clients through nonprofit formation and governance, offering counsel on the establishment of tax-exempt organizations and structure selection to achieve their philanthropic goals.

Before joining RC Law, Ms. Frasson worked at prestigious law firms in both the United States and Brazil, and collaborated directly with government agencies in both countries. She has co-authored books on asset transfer planning in Brazil and published articles on estate taxes. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she holds degrees from the University of Miami School of Law (J.D. & LL.M. in International Law), Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation), and prestigious Brazilian institutions.
