Cristina Adell is a Foreign Associate at RC Law LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate and Corporate teams.  She is admitted to practice law in Spain and focuses her practice on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and finance.

Ms. Adell earned her law degree (J.D. equivalent) from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain) in 2017.  In 2019, she completed a double Master’s degree in International Business Law and Professional Legal Practice at ESADE Law School (Barcelona, Spain).  She further specialized in real estate law through a Master in Real Estate Law at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) (Barcelona, Spain) in 2023.  She subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago Law School (Illinois), graduating in 2024.

Prior to joining RC Law, Ms. Adell worked as a corporate, transactional, and real estate associate at leading law firms in Spain and London.  She also served as in-house counsel at a leading hotel investment company in Spain.  In those roles, she advised both domestic and international clients on cross-border M&A and real estate transactions.  Her experience in real estate includes advising on complex investment, asset management, financing, and leasing matters across a range of industries.
