Carlos Rivero is a Junior Associate in our Miami office. His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions.

Mr. Rivero earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida State University in 2023. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, with an area of focus in Transactional Law, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2026. During his time at Miami Law, he received the Best Drafted Contract Award in Miami Law’s Canes Contract Challenge (Fall 2025) and was a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Society.

Prior to joining RC Law, Mr. Rivero served as summer real estate intern at a Miami-based business law firm for two consecutive years. He also gained hands-on litigation experience as a law clerk at prominent litigation firms, where he developed practical advocacy skills and competed in a mock trial competition.

Mr. Rivero is currently pending admission to The Florida Bar.
