Florencia Fernández is an Associate in our Houston office. Her practice focuses on corporate law, commercial transactions, and emerging technologies, bringing a wealth of knowledge in digital economy and data privacy.

Ms. Fernández received her law degree (equivalent to a Juris Doctor) magna cum laude from Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in Business Law from Duke University. She also has completed postgraduate specializations in cryptocurrencies, digital economy, blockchain, smart contracts, and data privacy at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Fernández is the author of several publications and serves on a pro bono basis as Secretary of the Argentina-Texas chamber of commerce. 

Prior to joining RC Law, Ms. Fernández worked as a corporate/transactional associate at Marval O’ Farrell Mairal and Beretta Godoy in Buenos Aires. She also gained experience as a Law Clerk at Legance Avvocati Associati in Rome, Italy.

Ms. Fernández is admitted to practice law in Texas and Argentina. She is a native Spanish speaker and has intermediate fluency in Italian.
