Recall Advisory: RC Law provided counsel to a Chilean retailer, regarding a potential product recall in the U.S. Thanks to our strategic guidance, the products were ultimately deemed compliant, avoiding the need for a recall.

Labeling and Warranty Compliance: RC Law supported a Spanish leading company in the adult product industry by helping them comply with U.S. labeling requirements and align their warranty policies with federal regulations, ensuring complete compliance for their product entry into the U.S. market.

Import Compliance: RC Law assisted a Colombian client in the office and home furnishings sector in navigating the complex legal landscape for importing goods into the U.S., with a particular focus on compliance with regulations such as the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
