RC Law LLP assisted Ferrado Offices, LLC in its acquisition of the 26,834-square-foot office property located at 801 Boylston Street in Boston’s Back Bay area, for $39.1 million. Together with Seyfarth Shaw LLP, as Real Estate Counsel, Partner Xavier Ruiz and Associate Mariana Marangoni acted as General Counsel for the purchaser. The seller, ASB Real Estate Investments, of Bethesda, Maryland, was assisted by DLA Piper.
RC Law LLP has acted as counsel for a Spanish company dedicated to the manufacture of paper and cardboard packaging for the food industry, in its acquisition of an industrial warehouse in York, Pennsylvania, for $2.250 million. Real Estate Associate Mariana Marangoni led the transaction.

The 47-room hotel is part of the historic Art Deco District in South Beach. The incorporation Aqua Hotel is part of a significant expansion project by Smart Rooms Company in the dynamic hospitality market of Miami Beach.

The 32-room hotel is part of the historic Art Deco District in South Beach. The incorporation Casa Boutique Hotel is part of a significant expansion project by Smart Rooms Company in the dynamic hospitality market of Miami Beach.

The incorporation Crest Hotel Suites is part of a significant expansion project by Smart Rooms Company in the dynamic hospitality market of Miami Beach.
RC Law represented Ferrado Properties, as property owner, in the negotiation and drafting of an operating lease agreement and complex related documents for the management and operation of client’s South Beach hotel property, formerly known as “Room Mate Waldorf Towers”, and now known as “Waldorf Towers Hotel”. The hotel operator is Crestline Hotels & Resorts, the US subsidiary of Spain’s Barcelo Hotels group.
Ferrado is the real estate investment arm of ROSP Corunna, the family office of Ms. Sandra Ortega, the daughter of Inditex (Zara)’s owner, Mr. Amancio Ortega, and Spain’s wealthiest lady.
RC Law represented Ferrado Hotels LLC, as property owner, in the negotiation and drafting of an operating lease agreement for the management and operation of client’s New York City hotel property, formerly known as “Room Mate Grace Hotel”, and now known as “45 Times Square Hotel”. Adverse party was the Palladium Hotel Group of Spain. The operating agreement was complex in that it involved varying terms and conditions for each of the three phases of the agreement, i.e. an initial phase to operate the hotel with no brand, a construction phase to build the hotel to the Palladium Group standards and a final phase to operate the hotel under the “Only You” brand, over a period of 20 years.
