RC Law Advises Grupo Hotusa/Eurostars Hotels on the Acquisition of The Chemists’ Club Hotel in New York, NY
RC Law acted as legal counsel to Grupo Hotusa, through its Eurostars Hotel Company brand, in connection with the acquisition of The Chemists’ Club Hotel, a 107-key, four-star boutique hotel located in Midtown Manhattan, New York.
The transaction marks the return of The Chemists’ Club Hotel to Eurostars, having previously formed part of the company’s portfolio from 2007 to 2016. With this acquisition, Eurostars now operates seven hotels in the United States, with a presence in New York, Boston, Chicago, Miami, and Washington, D.C.
This is the fourth U.S. hotel acquisition in which RC Law has advised Grupo Hotusa, following the acquisitions of Eurostars Winter Haven in Miami Beach, Eurostars The Boxer in Boston, and Eurostars St. Gregory Dupont Circle Georgetown in Washington, D.C.
