Tamires Frasson is a Counsel at RC Law and a member of the International Tax Team, Private Client, and Compliance. Her practice focuses on international tax, estate planning, and private wealth services for cross-border clients, with particular emphasis on Brazilian individuals and families.
Ms. Frasson manages the RC Law’s Brazilian market initiatives, advising high-net-worth international clients on wealth transfer strategies, international tax planning, pre-immigration planning, and FIRPTA compliance for U.S. real estate investments. She has expertise in regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including FATCA/CRS requirements and international banking regulations.
Ms. Frasson also advises clients on nonprofit formation and governance, providing guidance on establishing tax-exempt organizations and selecting structures to meet philanthropic goals.
Before joining RC Law, she worked at prestigious firms in the U.S. and Brazil, collaborating with government agencies in both countries. She has co-authored books on Brazilian asset transfer planning and published articles on estate taxes.
